🧭 The Problem We're Solving


  • Most high schoolers don't know what's out there — and neither do their parents. A recent study found that while 87% of parents want more info on nondegree pathways, only 51% have even heard of them. Awareness is lowest among families without college degrees.


  • Career guidance is often limited to "safe" roles, such as nursing, teaching, or law. But there are dozens of high-paying, high-growth roles that don't require a 4-year degree:

  • Socioeconomically disadvantaged students are often steered away from risk rather than toward opportunity. They rarely see stackable credentials, paid apprenticeships, or career ladders that start with a high school diploma and grow with targeted upskilling.
