I'm Erica Carpenter—transformation architect, strategic operations leader, and founder of The Candidate Club (Dalor C²). I've spent my career building systems that help people work more effectively, efficiently, and with greater clarity. However, after navigating my own job search and witnessing how often talented candidates were overlooked due to résumé formatting or a lack of traditional credentials, I knew something had to change.

The Candidate Club was born out of that frustration—and from a deep-seated belief that hiring should be transparent, skill-based, and equitable. Our platform is résumé-free by design, giving candidates the tools to showcase their credentials, growth, and potential without being filtered out by outdated norms. Whether you have a degree or not, we're here to help you gain visibility, tell your story, and find meaningful work.

The Candidate Club is a résumé-free, credential-first career platform that uses structured profiles, verified credentials, and swipe-to-match logic to connect candidates with employers. We begin with manufacturing roles—such as machinists, welders, and operators—where credentials are abundant but visibility is limited. Our platform aligns with Credential Engine and workforce partners to make credential data actionable, sponsor upskilling, and document hiring outcomes with clarity.
